Colorado Brownfields Conference 2009

Revitalization in the New Economy

Economic development and real state markets are increasingly focusing on existing infrastructure and infill redevelopment.  The redevelopment of sites, including brownfields sites, is taking on more importance as small businesses, start-ups, and public agencies focus on neighborhood revitalization. This conference is designed to highlight emerging opportunities and market approaches, and provide a forum for attendees to network and identify effective public and private partners.
